这车找回来之前我可不可以报废处理掉，就是不要了。如何操作？
A: Sign a release form, give the car to the city garage.Then the city will not ask your any money. Usually cost couple thousand $.
There are a waiting period for 报废处理.

听说车找到后也是个烂车，还要花好些钱去拖车修理，交大笔的停车费，是罢！
A: Correct.

如何防止车辆被盗？
A: Well, no way. Because your car is on they shopping list, they want parts from your car.
