请教去车身污迹的溶液

我的蓝绿色CAMERY跟一辆白车蹭了一下，车身留下了一道长长的白印，还有象塑料皮一样的东西粘着. 有没有什么专门的溶液可以去掉一些印子，又不影响本来的油漆？谢了谢了
