求助：Parking lot accident, 谁的错？

今天在停车场与人发生车祸， 当时情况是这样的：我在停车场最外围的车道　（一边是草地，一边是车）对方在我的右边（她的道两边都是停车）。　我要左转，她直行后大概１０米有ｓｔｏｐ　ｓｉｇｎ，　然后是停车场外的车道．

我在左转过程中被她撞到右边车门，她的车前ｂｕｍｐｅｒ有轻微的ｄｅｍａｇｅ．　因为在公司内部，ｓｅｃｕｒｉｔｙ来做了纪录。

回来以后老公讲这个不应该是我的错，因为她当时是出停车场，即使是直行然后上主路，　她应该停下来等我左转。因为我相当于在主路。

请问各位前辈，这种情况是不是她的错？我明天准备跟security仔细讲解一下。但是我不知道出的报告会怎样。
