the dealer said "this warranty can be serviced at any hondal dealers nationwide", so I think it should be the "honda extended warranty", right?

If it's confirmed to be "honda extended warranty", can I still cancel it to get the money back?

If I can cancel it, do I have to cancel it thru this particular dealer, or just cancel it thru Honda corporate? I want to avoid cancelling it thru this particular dealer directly, as it's pretty hard to discuss the cancellation with this dealer.
