Has anyone bought F-150 lately?

Right now for 2010 F-150 Lariat (5.4L V8/Leather Seat/Rearview camera/20" wheels etc)...probably can drive out around $31,000 in Texas.

Is this good deal? Edmunds.com dosen't have too much discussion about the price.
