Costco的轮胎保值----也是忽悠人的

我的车都是在Costco换得轮胎，除了便宜，还看中他提供的爆胎后旧胎可以折价换新胎的保证。
但上一次爆胎后，Costco拒绝提供折价。他们的理由是轮胎迹象表明4轮定位不好！轮胎保证书上小字确实排出了很多情款。
