just read the manual, sienna 2011:

1. for the 1st 200mile, avoid sudden stops
2. for the 1st 500mile, don't tow a trailer
3. for the 1st 1000 mile,
don't drive at extremely high speeds
avoid sudden acceleration
don't drive continuously in low gears
don't drive at a constant speed for extended periods
