在craiglist上卖车的问题

从来没卖过车，也没从私人手里买过车，在这里向大家请教：

在craiglist上卖车，应收现金吧？
收完钱，把车的title交给对方，之后是不是就没我的事了？
我需要陪买方去DMV办理车子过户手续吗？
