New parts:
Change the oxygen sensor first
Spark Plugs
Ignition Wire
Ignition Coil(s) - don't if your car has coils for each cylinder.
Distributor cap and rotor - not sure if your car has them.
EGR Valve
PCV Valve - I think they are cheap.
Fuel filter
Air filter

Clean:
Clean your throttle again to make sure it is clean
Run 2 bottols of fuel injection cleaner at once and do an oil change if the oil is dirty.

These are what I can think of. See if they will help.
