Do a few simple checks first.

1) Park the car. Start engine and slowly rev your engine on P and N.
2) Get underneath the car. Check if anything attached to inner side of the wheel and area around.
3) Try to run your AC blower in differnt speed while the car is parked.
4) Have someone site on passanger seat and try to hear where the sound come from.
Check with dealer or shop. Most of the time they will do it for free if it is simple finding...
