SOLVED by a guy name is MOU, I went to his shop this morning, just half hour later I drove my car away with functioning windows.

he said it's main power switch and wiring on the driver's door, I saw a guy welding from some distance away, nothing more this MOU told me.

put his number and address here just in case, 416-754-7526, 25 - 5210 Finch E, Scarborough.
