我年初一次租车，公司里的职员告诉我的。

法不责众，警察抓不过来，处罚也不够严。所以没有全保的车主，特别要小心开车，眼观六路耳听八方，因为你不知道撞你的有没有保险。尤其看到开破车的，要躲得远远的。
