如果state farm还是那么牛B, 你写一封registered letter给state farm， threatening them with lawsuit.

如果这招不灵，就收拾点证据，suit the insurance co. Mostly likely they would settle with you outside of the court.

俗话说：“经历胜过财富”。没上过庭，就上一次，长见识，也让你的下一代be very proud of you.

英文不好，没关系，写一份report，到时给judge，defendant各一份，慢慢说。
