how is this volvo XC70?

volvo xc 70 with primium package and climate package, with $5000 incentive bonus, out of door price $36,000. The dealer said if I take the $5000 incentive bonus, I could not enjoy the 70 month 0% APR. Any idea on this offer??????????? Thanks a million.
