请教高手：车亲了一下车库的墙，要不要找保险

都不大严重。墙上有半个（乒乓）拍大小。保险杠上有个口子。
我想一起把以前的车上的伤疤都补上

my deductible is $500 (comprehensive policy).
Agent told me that if total claim (deduct.+ extra) >=$1250, the premium is going to increase about $200 or more.

请教诸位，要不要找保险修？如果真涨>$200，换保险公司有用么？
