this price is okay for Honda car?

Dear friends,
I am going to buy a new car, which is Honda Insight LX, a dealer gave me a price 17534 dollas. It is cheap? can i agure to make price down more? because i expected 15000, i can afford this price.
How can I find dealer with low price online.
