car accident!

Hi guys,

My car was hit by a truck while my car was parking on sideway leagally. I caught the driver and got a police report. It was 100% his fault. My question is that his car insurance company will pay the full amount for my car body repair, right? And my insurance not going to increase, right? And does his car insurance can also pay the rental fee for the days my car in the body shop??? Thanks for response!
