PLease help me explain these sensor data

Dear friends, my 2002 RX300 got error code P0171 and P0136 two weeks ago. I changed MAF sensor from Autozone. No big improvement. Last week, P0174 also showed up. I bought a cheap OBD2 adapter from Ebay and then installed free software scantool_netwin113 in my laptop. Today, I got sensor data from scantool. The screen shot is attached here. The values of O2 sensor B1S1 and B2S2 are unbelievable high.

Anyone can help me interpret it?
