Radiator fan motor is the weakst point.

There are carbon brushes inside the motor, once the brush is wear out, the motor is dead.

I just replaced my motor recently.

Best way to check if it is the motor problem is to switch fan connectors between the condenser fan and radiator fan. You will know it instantly.
