两年新的车，chenvolet hhr，speedometer出问题了，开高速自我感觉是70 卖，显示120 卖。
这是制造商问题吗？已经开了42000 迈了，dealer 来电问我要不要修，要500刀。当然要修，可是这该我付钱吗？
