Triple A的拖车服务真的用的着吗

最近想为破车买保险，我想买便宜一点的，老公建议我买Triple A,说是有免费拖车服务，冬天下个大雪，万一车坏了有保障。

1. 真的有必要花$50多刀买AAA的会员吗每年？

2. 我老公说我买了他也可以用，是这样的吗？可以借给别人用吗？
