岁月不饶人， 好比７０岁老人和５０岁壮年，年轻时身板再好，也无法抗拒衰老。if you don't do off road, both drive and ride very simillar. however, Landcruiser has slightly better built quality. but this is a major difference:

Sequoia has functional third row seat for adults.

Sequoia is three years newer, and is associated with less repair and depreciation. All thing will fail over time, electronics failure, rust, etc. Replacement part of LC is more expransive too. compare the two like compare a 70 year old and a 50 years old people.
