LC　rides smoother, more sophiscated suspension, full time 4wd, its heavy, slow, and eats a lot of gas.

Sequoia looks better, bigger, more efficient on gas, but dont' ride as nice as LC.

I will say test drive both and do detailed mechanical check. The miles are really low, check on carfax carefuly. Its really depends on their conditions.
