行驶中，突然失去动力。请大侠指点迷津。

2002 Camry XLE 9万公里。行驶中，突然失去动力。加油门，发动机转速提高，但无动力，车前后抖动。停下后，重新启动，回复正常。我需要去dealer 检查吗？
