请问：我需买这个extended Warrenty 吗？谢谢

I just bought a 奔驰 E350 2008. It has 24K miles. The current warrenty goes to 2013 and 100K. The dealer offered us $2000 to extend the warrenty two more years (to 2015). Do I need to buy it? Any experience driving any 奔驰? Need to repair a lot? Thanks!
