车被追尾，修不了了

各位，

车被追尾，后面撞得比较惨，车还能开， 对方的保险公司说不修了，说要"total". 2009年的丰田。买的是新车。刚开了不到两年。 车贷只还了一半,还有$15000待还。车 current value is $16000-19000。
没有概念能赔多少。如果赔得太少，有什么办法？ 有经验和见识的请指教,多谢！
