关于Camry换曲轴皮带盘(timing belt)的技术问题

首先非常感谢大家回复。我的车是97年的丰田 CAMERY ,V6 发动机。 我要换曲轴皮带盘，可怎么也拆不下固定皮带盘的螺栓， 不知是正牙，还是反牙？拆螺栓时怎么不让发动机转？
