I got it a few hundred dollars below invoice.

I used Edmunds to get quotes from multiple dealers in my area. Then I went to the dealer that gave me the best offer. Test drove the car on Saturday, liked it, went back on Monday to get the paper work done, and drove her home 2 hours later. Extremely easy.
