Front impacts are all 车撞墙, SIDE IMPACTS are done by 车撞车.

In general, most of the cars are doing OK with front impacts these days. What you should be more aware is the side impact, the weakness of any car. IIHS test is more to tough than NHTSA, the insurance companies are the ones who is paying the bills, so they have to know the risk of insuring a worst car.

You may want to consider EURO-NCAP test as well. I think they do car to car test, not sure....
