长得像不能叫假冒？

那怎麼才是假冒？要一模一樣？你知道以假亂真這個成語的意思嗎？

既然叫假冒當然與真的就不會完全相同吧。法律上假冒的鑑定標準是第三者不能輕易看出來不是真的東西就叫假冒。如偽鈔，你能說長得不像真鈔嗎？

你連這點最基本的常識都不清楚，遲遲不刪那個假冒我ＩＤ的貼，還說這麼幼稚的話，真另我很失望。

我已經告訴你如何找出那個假冒的貼，不要說你找不出來。
