your help for a new car

Dear friends, I need your kindly help to decide which car should i buy.

I have two kids and already we have an ACURA MDX,we have 5 momths of snow and my house is build on the hill - which means i need a AWD.my first choice is BMW 535i, another choice i am thinking is MB 350R, i know they are quiet differnt, but they all sort of fit my needs.

any other suggestions?
