买丰田和LEXUS的确实不是很有钱, 但是

顾客会在丰田/LEXUS得到起码的尊重, 不是因为我们有钱没钱, 而是因为我们是它的客户. 有些人整天比车/比有钱没钱, 你知道除了这以外的其他因素吗?

1. 丰田/LEXUS车是其中故障率最底的之一.
2. 丰田/LEXUS的售后服务非常好. (某些车厂的顾客是永远也体会不到的)
3. 丰田/LEXUS是少有的几家允许顾客全款退还/退换故障新车的, 起码我从不担心买砸了一辆LEXUS.
4. LEXUS 在舒适性上, 是其它厂家难以比拟的.

我知道我不可能永远正确, 但在LEXUS, 我却是永远正确的, 我在十年里用了三辆LEXUS, DEALER从来不和我争论或否定我的抱怨, 只要我能和TECHNITIAN重复我所说的故障/抱怨, LEXUS永远会负责修理/换件.

给你们举几个我在LEXUS STEVENS CREEK 的经历:
02年, 我的GS300一个空调按键按下去比其它的键阻力大(不影响任何功能, 外观), 我告诉LEXUS, 他们确认后, 免费把整个空调面版换了个新的. (FREE)
04年, 我的GS天窗被什么东西蹦了个绿豆大的小口, (我没发现, 是换机油时LEXUS告诉我的), 他们说这不应该, 给我免费换了一个天窗. _:D (TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE ?) _:D
以后有机会会多和大家分享我的LEXUS维修经历的.

我开过欧洲车, 性能非常不错, 但在DEALER哪, 嘿嘿.
