许多人误以为只要工程设计合理，由谁施工都能保证质量，这是个大误解

工人的素质依然有关。

比如说，Panasonic 的一个相机GH1的生产线从日本移到中国后，扣背带的吊环开始容易脱落。其实就是里面那个螺帽得拧紧了。

你可以说设计得问题，但同时装配工不上心也是个问题。多拧一把就得了，日本人这么干，中国工人不干。
