Safety first

1. Never work under car without Jack stand.
2. Do not take off tire if possible. In this case, it is better to have a ramp or block of wood under the tire than use jack and jack stand.
3. If use jack and jack stand, shake the car to check stability before get under the car.
4. If need to raise car by jack, avoid sloped ground surface.
5. Use parking brake and put on Parking gear, if that does not interfere the work. Use tire block whenever possible.
6. Minimize the working time under the car.
