Is this a good price for Honda CRV LX 4WD In Seattle?

I just got a quote from a dealer:

$22,266 (invoice price + $341 of extra stuff dealer puts on). It also included destination charge.

Total out of door ($22,266 plus tax and fees): $24,962.71

Is this a good price? In other states, people seems to be able to guy CRV LX 4WD at below-invoice price, but it has been really hard to negotiate in the greater Seattle area.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
