请教RV4 新车要召回修理，加一个阻挡块 是否可靠？

2009年RV4 新车要召回修理，经销商说是给加速器加一个阻挡块， 5个月的新车，不知这一应急措施是否过关，是否可靠？

请教是否有人召回修理过，效果怎样？
