This all depends...
How old is your car/battery? If it is more than 7 years old, you probably need a new battery. Once the car gets jump started, keep it running for at least an hour or so before turnning it off. If it does not run well after jump start, you may have an alternator problem instead of a bad battery. If you have very busy schedul each day, you should get a new battery--just in case. Otherwise, wait and see what happens after a jump start...
