请问有没有因没戴眼睛要上法庭的？

我因年纪见大，近视好像变好，所以没带眼镜。但是不知驾照上有restrict:A， 必须带眼镜。请问大家有没有碰到过类似的情况， 我该怎么办？谢谢。
