急问：2009年的车被铲雪车刮花后部

我们这的大雪刚停，根据两条平行的划痕的方向，我们停在apartment 外面的停车场的车肯定是被扫雪车刮了。
请问我们要找扫雪公司理论吗？可是对方没有留下信息， 也没有人证。 我们有汽车全保，可是有500块的deductible。
也不知道这个要不要通知保险公司。还是就自认倒霉了。

刮到的是车尾部的bumper，有两大很长的划痕， 有车一半那么宽吧。这个自己修，要多少钱？
