Has anybody had gas pedal repaired?

Just off the phone with Toyota dealer and scheduled the repair time. Sounds like there is not much people eager to have their pedal repaired since there is plenty of schedule slot for me to choose. PS I am living in major metro area. Any experience to share? Thanks
