撞车了,不知道该怎么办...

是别人撞的我，不是我的错，他没有保险.
我是保了的uninsured险，不知该不该report to 我的保险公司，怕涨保费。车也就值４，５ 千，可是修要花３千。
车的一侧被撞坏了， ７年的车，不想修了，can I trade it in?

不知道该怎么办,sign..
