Minor update in my JK (图)

remounted the tire on wheel with all terrain tread inside cut pinch seam pushed front bumper 2 inch ahead Problem 1 now the vehicle pulls to right while driving. rotate front tire, still the same Problem 2 played in mud and dirt water, now the engine compartment is dirty, is it ok to wash the engine compartment if I use plastic bug to seal air intake, fuse and distributor?
