2008 nissan altima 两年保养问题（新手急求帮助）

2008年1月买的新车，到现在已经两年了。一直按照车子的保养手册保养。今天看见24个月的保养上要换很多东西。想问问有没有必要换?
do I have to replace:
transmission fluid
engine coolant/flush system
engine drive belt
radiator cap
radiator hoses
顺便想问问如果都换的话，这5项大概要多少刀？
