TICKETS - 请赐教和法官大人的交流经验

很不幸，新年一星期内中了两员。一张红灯，一张超速。好几年没有的事了。显然只能去TRAFFIC SCHOOL 消一张。刚跟保险经纪打了电话，说两张对保险涨幅(如果被查)不会有差别。现在准备上法庭去找法官大人试试运气。红灯$446(NND，比公开价还高十块，就晚了零点几秒呀)，超速$214。显然红灯价下调空间比较大。所以准备冲它而去。各位有和法官大人交流经验的请多多赐教。

喜欢开快的注意: LOCAL不要超10MPH，FREE WAY不要超15MPH。这是COP脑里的框框。
