追尾了,该怎么办?

前两天开车时没完全刹住,追尾了.当时看她的车尾,什么事也没有,因为撞得很轻.

事后对方先通知了我的保险公司,保险公司给我电话留了言,我给对方打过去电话,请她去做Estimate.她给我发来BODYSHOP的Estimation, 要REPLACE REAR BUMPER COVER,花$450.

我感到这恐怕实在没有必要做,因为其车尾并没坏.

请明白人给出个注意.多谢多谢.
