第一次买新车的人再请问高人，新车拿啥布清洁比较好？

以前车旧，车玻璃窗啥的，就是拿普通毛巾擦擦。
第一次买了新车，想请问各位，应该买什么样的布擦车玻璃比较好？还有卖什么玻璃水呢？
应该买些什么汽车清洁用品
