price for new 2010 Camry CE ?

I need to buy a brand new 2010 Camry CE, automatic, with no fancy options.

Anyone knows the "real" base price? I know the $20,700 invoice on edmunds is fake. One dealer offered me $18,750 (after $500 deduction of the Toyota loyalty program) with free window tints and floor mat.
