请高手帮忙看看。雨雪天，方向盘左转卡住是啥问题

太倒霉，要坏两辆车一起坏。
只在雨天有问题，晴天没有问题。
方向盘笔直开没有问题，右手打弯没有问题，但是左手打弯的时候，方向盘卡住了，根本转不动。请问会是啥么问题啊？为啥么只有雨天才会有这种问题？
