油门卡死了是不是就不能换空挡了?

I saw this comment on you_tube:

t"he car he was driving has push button ignition, as long as the key is in the vehicle it starts at the push of button and there isnt an off switch. the car has a safety device that doesnt allow shifting into park/neutral while accelerating to protect the transmission/engine from damage. on the 911 call he specifcally states the brakes had quit working. now dumbfvck, WHAT DO YOU DO? floormat problem is toyotas coverup."
