请问冷却液渗漏到发动机里是不是很严重的问题？如何处理？

刚跑长途归来，大概跑了7000公里。换机油的时候发现机油口盖子上有水滴，冷却液也突然减少了。但问题好像不很严重，没发现有什么不正常。
